Collaborations in the Humanities and the Sciences

On Friday, May 3, 2024, SUNY New Paltz Associate Professor and Chair Heather Hewett moderated a panel discussion about collaborations between the sciences and humanities.

Previously, Hewett was ACLS Program Officer for Higher Education Initiatives, and worked on projects including Building Blocks for a New Academy that advance institutional and system-wide change grounded in justice, equity, and humanistic knowledge.

The featured panelists were:

• S. Matthew Liao, Arthur Zitrin Chair of Bioethics, NYU
